As everywhere else in the World, an increasing number of people are ex­periencing Heartfulness. The impressive success of programmes and workshops shows that this simple approach to spirituality is touching people’s hearts. Many of us already contribute generously with donations and support these activities in our respective countries or sponsor the Sahaj Marg Spirituality Foundation international programmes. Nevertheless, more resources are required in order to develop and to make the vision for the Heartfulness movement come true.

If everyone could put aside a small sum of money every day without upsetting their budget, this would help achieve big things.

Therefore, a reserve fund called “ONE EURO A DAY” has been created. It is used to finance major Heartfulness programmes in Europe and support new meditation centers to accompany this development.

To those who could afford to help in the long term this big movement, we suggest to choose from one of the following options:
